Room Rentals
Large Hall / Auditorium
Located in the lower level. Has access to full kitchen (extra fee) tables and chairs. Washrooms on same floor. Room is 30x52 (1560 sq ft)
Ashgrove Room
Located in the lower level. Has access to a sink. Table and chairs available and washrooms on the same level. Room is 23x20 (460 sq feet).
Hornby Room
Located in the lower level. Has access to a sink. Table and chairs are available. Washrooms on the same level. The room is 17x24 (408 sq feet).
Memorial Room
Located on the main floor. Room is air conditioned. Tables and chairs are available. Suitable for smaller groups (15-25 people). Dependant on table/chair placement. Room is 24x25 (600 sq feet).
Lillian's Room
Small meeting room with cozy couches and a round coffee table. Located on the main level. This room has air conditioning. Suitable for small meetings of up to 8 people.
Sanctuary
Located on the top floor. Pew seating for up to 180 people. Has access to a handicap washroom.
Fellowship Room
Located on the top floor. Small kitchen with a sink and kettle. Has a couch and chairs. Tables and chairs are available. Comfortable for 15-20 people, dependant on table/chair set up. Has access to a handicapped washroom. Room is 565 sq feet.
Hillcrest has a variety of rooms to suit all of your needs.
We also have a large kitchen that can also be rented.
Conveniently located just 5 minutes north of the 401
between Georgetown and Milton. Hillcrest has plenty of parking for all of your guests.
